In the River Birch popover, a slip-stitch pattern combines with Marla’s tweedy colors and Sami’s soft solid. The result is a yarn-y game of hide-and-seek rather than a rigid geometrical form.

Pick the Size option below that corresponds to the Size you wish to knit to purchase the kit with the qty of skeins you will need. For example, if you wish to knit Size XL, pick option Sizes L-XL.
Materials Included in Kit:
- Manos del Uruguay MARLA (100% superwash merino; approx. 273 yds/100 g): 2 (3, 3, 3) (4, 4, 4) sks MC
- Manos del Uruguay SAMI (100% superwash merino; approx. 273 yds/100 g): 2 (2, 2, 2) (3, 3, 3) sks CC
Other Required Materials (not included in kit):
- US 6/4 mm straight needles or 24” circular needle, and 16” circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
- Removable markers or scrap yarn
- Stitch marker
- Optional needle in smaller size than main needle for binding off ribbed edgings
- Tapestry needle
GAUGE
24½ sts and 46 rows = 4”/10 cm in Slipped Stitch pattern.
NOTES
The back and front are worked separately and seamed together during finishing, then the armhole edgings and neckband are added.
