Holiday Order Deadlines 2024

In this edition of our blog, we present our annual Holiday Order Deadlines for 2024, to ensure you get what you're gifting in time for the holidays this year.

We are currently working on a backlog of orders for shipping. If you are anywhere within driving distance to the shop, and expect to have a day free in the next 3 weeks, we strongly urge you to select Local Pickup during checkout so you can pick up your order at your leisure, rather than anxiously awaiting a delivery from a company that is also currently overloaded due to the Canada Post strike. Many couriers, including UPS and Purolator, are currently at capacity and both pick ups (from our shop) and deliveries are, therefore, delayed.

Holiday Closure

The shop will be closed to in-person shopping from 3 PM on December 24th, 2024 through January 1st, 2025. Note, orders placed after 11 am on December 23rd, will be held and resume shipping in the order they were received on January 2nd, 2025.

Holiday Order Deadlines

'Tis the season - for last-minute shopping... and we've got you covered - but please take note of the deadlines below to ensure your order is received in time for the Holidays this year. Note, there are delays of order fulfillments; pickups by our carriers; and shipping delays across the network, due to the Canada Post strike, and other reasons. We are doing our best to fulfill your orders in the order they come in, but due to delays there may be some cases where we're unable to make a holiday deadline.

Should you need an order for a specific date, please be sure to select a faster shipping method, and leave a comment in the Order Comments box during checkout, to ensure delivery prior to your deadline. Always be sure to factor in 3-4 additional business days to any shipping estimates provided by our website at checkout, as this is often (but not always) how long it takes to fulfill orders. The deadlines below include our processing time already.

Please do not rely on Free Shipping to get your parcels to you before the Holidays, or in time for any special dates you're ordering for ahead of the Holidays.

International:

If you're shopping from anywhere outside of North America from now onwards, you will not receive your parcel in time for the Holidays. All shipping deadlines that may have delivered in time have now passed. You are welcome to place an order and hope it will arrive in time, but we offer no guarantees on this.

Please note, the above deadlines are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery prior to the Holidays even if you submit your order prior to or on these deadline dates.
