Holiday 2021 Update: Hours & Shipping

Holiday 2021 Shop Hours:

Please note the following changes to our usual schedule for the upcoming holiday weeks, December 21st-January 3rd:

Tue Dec 21: 11 AM to 6 PM
Wed Dec 22: 11 AM to 6 PM (Social is still on 1-3 PM)
Thurs Dec 23: 11 AM to 8 PM (Social is still on 6-8 PM in-shop; 7-9 PM EST virtual)
Fri Dec 24: 10:30 AM to 2 PM

Dec 25th-Jan 3rd inclusive: CLOSED
(All socials are cancelled during this week)

Please make sure to collect all of your holiday knitting supplies prior to our closure at 2 PM on December 24th.

Boxing Day / Boxing Week Sale:

This year our boxing day / week sale will be conducted entirely online. Stay tuned for more details about how this will work, coming up next week.

Holiday 2021 Shipping:

Our local shipper that allows us to offer free shipping, shipping nationally across Canada outside of the Quebec City-Windsor corridor, and international shipping, will not be shipping out packages from December 24th to January 3rd inclusive. Any orders placed between December 23rd and January 3rd for any of those three service levels will be held until January 4th.

Should you absolutely require shipping prior to then, please select one of our upgraded shipping options when checking out like Canada Post, UPS or Fedex to ensure shipment of your packages prior to January 4th.
